FIT FOR LIFE | Surviving The Holidays

This time of year is absolutely destructive to the health-life.  There are a few things I like to do before the holidays take over.  Cleaning out the pantry and fridge of all bad foods including any added sugars and packaged, over-processed foods is one big step, but another thing I like to do is to prep my gym bag with some new gear.
